Using the service is simple. From your mobile phone you will dial the access number. The service knows you are a registered user from your cell phone's caller ID. When you phone the service you will be prompted to enter the house number, followed by the pound key. If there is more than one house listed with the same number, a choice is presented. The choice may be between different streets, cities, or counties - or sometimes all three!
The voice prompts are self-explanatory and easy to follow. You'll instantly hear a detailed description of the house you're calling about. When you find a property you are interested in seeing inside, just call me and I'll make an appointment for us to look at the home.
To help you keep track of the homes you called on, an email will be sent the following day with additional information about the homes, including pictures and virtual tours if available.
